Position Overview

As the CEO’s right hand, you’ll help streamline operations, manage priorities, and tackle challenges with a solutions-first mindset. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to the CEO by overseeing key projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met, while shadowing the CEO to learn the intricacies of the business in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, managing and prioritizing the CEO's schedule to maximize productivity and business impact.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence, often drafting thoughtful responses on the CEO's behalf with professionalism and foresight.
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel, creating seamless itineraries that support a demanding and dynamic calendar.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials with precision and creativity, contributing directly to key business decisions.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, from agenda creation to ensuring action items are tracked and executed efficiently.
- Offer occasional personal assistance, ensuring the CEO stays focused on high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Gain invaluable exposure to high-level decision-making and operations while supporting the CEO's day-to-day needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in roles such as Project Management, Business Operations, or Consulting.
- You aspire to start your own venture one day or take on a senior leadership position, and you're eager to gain the experience, insights, and mentorship that will set you on that path.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You’re eager to soak up knowledge and see this role as a platform to grow personally and professionally.

- You have a polished and professional approach to written and verbal communication.
- You’re fluent in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and calendar management platforms.

- Prior experience working remotely or in a distributed team is a plus.
