At Swym, we are on a mission to help retail brands craft a truly seamless omni-channel experience for their customers. Fueled by an accelerating shift to online retail, we are on an exciting growth path with over 30,000 merchants across 100+ countries using our products.

We are a tight knit team of over 60 that hasn’t lost touch with our roots as a scrappy startup. With the rapid growth we've seen over the last 12 months, we’re looking to double the size of our team over the next 12 months.

We are looking for Customer Success Managers who are passionate about delighting customers and helping them get the most value from the products we build for them. If the opportunity to work directly with thousands of merchants around the globe and help them craft a better shopping experience for their customers gets you excited, this might be just the role for you.

We think you'd make an ideal candidate if you:

  • are a relationship builder. You enjoy building long term relationships with our customers to understand their business and help them succeed.

  • are an excellent communicator - handled customer conversations in a global context through email and phone.

  • are proficient with web technologies and consider yourself technically savvy

  • are comfortable dealing with data - able to analyze, and interpret data and drive valuable insights.

  • bring a lot of passion to what you do and take pride in your work

  • are curious by nature and get excited about learning new things.

  • are organized, pay a lot of attention to detail, and have an ability to prioritize and manage time.

  • are willing to get out in front of the problem and create solutions before they’re needed.
