At Talisman, we are a scrappy team of go-getters - we always aim to build fast, fail faster and entrust our team with blanket autonomy. If you want to win, this is the place to be.

🤝🏾What we expect from you

• Ship 🚀 - we want you to be shipping all the time, we aim to ship to production multiple times a week( or even a day).
• Agency - we want you to take agency and initiative, this will be an extremely self directed and broad role - you have to be a self starter.
• Communication - as a high agency small team, communication is key above all, the expectation is to over communicate not under communicate
• Focus - you have 20-30 hours per week and can work in this role from 8am-5pm CST each weekday, with the potential to get more hours depending on task load
• Design taste - You have an eye for great design
• Demonstrable experience - You have a portfolio showcasing a range of technical skills, a creative use of code, and prototyping skills that show you’ve built end-to-end prototypes, websites and landing pages across different browsers
• Efficiency - You have demonstrable experience building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. No need to recreate the wheel

🛠️Skills

As a startup, our technical requirements can change anytime so we mostly value the speed at which you can learn. That said here are some hard skills we’d like you to have:

• React
• Typescript
• .Net
• C#
• CSS
• MS SQL
• Shipping experience - side projects/oss things or other things you’ve done
• You have a portfolio that can attest to this

🌟 Bonus, not required but nice to have:

• Experience building web-based integrations
• Experience building RPA
