Position Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team and help maintain smooth daily operations. You'll play a crucial role in supporting various departments while contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare communications.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to executives and department heads
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, document preparation, and filing systems
  • Assist with HR functions including onboarding and employee records
  • Support event planning and coordination
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate team members

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a technology or healthcare company
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Bilingual capabilities
