This is not an internship. SkillBridge participants are integrated into startup operations and treated as active operators inside the company. You will sit close to customer work, internal priorities, and the daily execution loops that move a startup forward. You should expect to learn on the fly while carrying real responsibilities: customer follow-up, intake, operational handoffs, process notes, delivery support, and whatever else the team needs to move quickly without dropping quality. The work will come with direct oversight, fast feedback, and a clear expectation that you ask precise questions and keep momentum.
