The Role

As we launch our new office in Kraków, we’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter to help build our team. If you’re excited by the idea of being part of something new, taking ownership of recruiting across multiple functions, and helping shape our office culture and operations, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building Telnyx’s Kraków team across a diverse set of functions including Tech, Operations, and Sales. You’ll work closely with global hiring managers and the People Operations team to drive full-cycle recruitment and assist with local office operations and HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruiting for roles across multiple departments, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Build Telnyx Kraków: Help scale a brand-new office by identifying top talent, assisting with day-to-day operations, and acting as a go-to person for local office needs.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to define job requirements, ensure seamless communication, and provide data-driven recruiting insights.

  • Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, high-touch experience to every candidate, representing Telnyx’s values, mission, and culture.

  • Talent Branding: Serve as a brand ambassador in the Kraków market and help us build a strong local employer brand.

  • Support People Ops: Partner with the global People team on initiatives such as onboarding, employee engagement, culture-building, and compliance.

  • Office Operations Support: Assist in setting up and maintaining a smooth-running office, including vendor coordination, workspace logistics, and team events.

  • Promote Diversity: Source and recruit candidates from diverse backgrounds to help build an inclusive workplace.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, ideally in a fast-paced environment or startup.
  • Track record of hiring across various functions (Tech, Sales, Ops) and a passion for identifying top talent.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and excited about taking initiative—especially in an environment where you’ll help build things from the ground up.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster trust with hiring teams.
  • Adaptable and agile; able to switch gears easily between recruiting, operations, and HR-related tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset and a team-first attitude—you're always looking to pitch in and help where needed.
    Data-driven approach to recruitment, using tools and analytics to drive process improvements.
  • Deep curiosity about the tools and strategies that uncover world-class talent.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse
  • Experience hiring in CPaaS, UCaaS, or other SaaS verticals.
  • Previous involvement in office launches or supporting office operations.
