The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and global shipping activities. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of logistics, supply chain, and data center hardware handling. You will play a key role in keeping our warehouse organized, inventory accurate, and shipments moving on time.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and organize inbound shipments of networking and data center equipment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments—including generating labels and ensuring cartons are properly marked.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in internal systems (scanning, logging serial numbers, reconciling stock).
  • Assist with staging equipment for deployment to global data center sites.
  • Support freight coordination for domestic and international shipments.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, secure, and compliant with company policies.
  • Communicate with logistics leadership and cross-functional teams regarding shipment status, delays, or issues.
  • Provide basic reporting on inventory counts, inbound/outbound shipments, and daily warehouse activity.

What we are looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus).
  • Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes and equipment (up to ~50 lbs).
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory management software).
  • Willingness to learn technical product handling (servers, networking equipment, etc.).
  • Positive attitude, team player, and reliable work ethic.

Bonus points for

  • Fundamental understanding of network Layers 2-4
  • Fundamental understanding of network hardware
  • Background in deploying and managing DMDW/CWDM connectivity
  • Background in deploying and managing cross connects
  • Knowledge and experience with global logistics

Salary is in the range of $45,000 - $55,000 benefits info below:
