About the Project

Hi there! We are Testlio, a software testing company with a freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from companies worldwide. Testlio is an excellent place for people who value the freedom and flexibility of remote work. Though we work primarily with QA and QE professionals, some projects are open to anyone interested in cooperating with us. Please note that it is a gig, not a full-time role.

We are currently looking for freelancers from North and South Carolina, to join a massive testing project we are running for one of our clients. The testing will involve going to specific partners of our client (major gas station brands) and verifying that the brands are acting in accordance with their agreement with our client, e.g., advertisements are visible, the software works well, etc. Testers will be expected to verify that contactless payment options are available and that the correct marketing videos are displayed at the pump.

• You have to be at least 18 years old
• Location: North and South Carolina

• Language: English (intermediate or higher)

What does testing look like?

• Type of testing: Usability and Payments testing
  • Testers will be expected to verify that contactless payment options are available and that the correct marketing videos are displayed at the pump.
• Type of work: short-term, freelance
• Workload: 1 hour, ad hoc
• The pay rate is 18 USD/hour, plus an additional payment of 10 USD per completed task and compensation for any costs that might occur during the testing process.
• Payments are made every week via PayPal or Payoneer.
