About the Project

Hi there! We are Testlio, a software testing company with a freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from companies across the globe. Testlio is a great place for people who value the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

We are currently looking for freelancers or testers who can use Uber as users (passengers) to join an exploratory testing project we are running for one of our clients. An Uber account is required to participate in the runs.

Requirements

• You have to be at least 18 years old
• Location:
  • Brazil: Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro
  • Mexico: Mexico City
  • Argentina: Buenos Aires
• Language: English (intermediate or higher)
• Devices you may need: an Android smartphone or an iPhone
• Mandatory: an Uber account (you have to be familiar with an Uber service as a user)
  • We will organise an onboarding session for freelancers who have not tried testing before and pay you for the time you spend onboarding.
  • We will compensate you if you need to take an additional trip for the testing.

What does testing look like?

• Type of testing: Exploratory, Usability
• Type of work: short-term, freelance
• Workload: 4 hours per week
• The pay rates differ by location.
  • Mexico: Mexico City – 15 USD/h
  • Brazil: Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro – 12 USD/h
  • Argentina: Buenos Aires – 12 USD/h
• Payments are made on a weekly basis via PayPal or Payoneer.
