We are hiring a visionary VP, Payments Testing to lead the future of digital payment testing. This role will involve imagining, driving & activating innovative strategies that deliver measurable impact across our client portfolio.

What would your day look like?

  • Vision Activation: imagine, iterate, hold, drive, evangelize, and activate a viewpoint on the future of Payments Testing.
  • Ecosystem Support: collaborate with the Testlio VP, Alliances and external software partners to identify and execute joint GTM offerings with payments and commerce consultancies.
  • Sales Collaboration: engage with enterprise-class prospects in partnership with the Testlio Sales and Services teams. Provide authentic and clear guidance on effective Payments Testing strategies, tactics, technologies, methodologies, and impact.
  • Client Up-Leveling: dive into intellectually stimulating, and 100M+ user scale-impacting, work with some of the top digital companies on the planet. Help Testlio Services teams and top clients see, design, and implement new approaches.

What do you need to succeed?

  • A client-centric and consulting-oriented mindset and acumen, ideally honed through multiple years of management consulting, managed services, and other experiences
  • Robust experience with, and personal perspectives on, quality engineering, DevOps, and software testing as applied to global financial transactions
  • Previous experience in a payments product leadership role, preferably within a B2B Payments or FinTech SaaS company.
  • Deep understanding of digital payments systems, including mobile payments, online banking, and point-of-sales systems gained by 10+ years of experience.
  • Commercial orientation and a love of collaboration with sales teams, industry partners, and prospective clients
  • A keen intellect, vivid imagination, systems thinking, and rapid problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve greatness.
  • Excellent written, visual, and oral communication capabilities, enabling deep listening, clear understanding, and invigorating message delivery.
  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
