Hi there! We are Testlio, a software testing company with its own freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from worldwide companies. Testlio is a great place for people who value the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

At the moment, we are looking for software testers based in Albania to participate in testing the launch of a streaming app in your country. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the smooth launch of a globally recognised product, ensuring a seamless user experience for all users in Albania.

For this workspace, we will be focused on payments, streaming, and functional testing on a variety of devices. If any costs are incurred during testing, we will fully reimburse you, alongside your hourly pay rate.

To participate in this project, you will need to create an account on our platform. Through this account, we can assign you testing tasks. You will be asked to use our website for defect tracking. You will be provided with materials on our website that will help you understand the principles of software testing and how we operate, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the tasks ahead.

Requirements

• You have to be at least 18 years old
• Location: Albania
• Availability:
  • Pre-launch testing begins June 10th (tentative)
  • Launch planned for July 22nd 2025 (TBC)
• Language: English (intermediate or higher) for reading the testing instructions and collaborating with the testing team
• Devices you may need: Desktop PC/:Laptop, Macbook/MacOS, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Android TV, Android Mobile, Fire Tablet, Fire TV, Roku TV, SamsungTV, TV with webOS, VIDAA TV, TitanOS TV, Tivo, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One S/X
• Experience: While software testing experience is not required, it is a plus. You must be at least willing to go through reading materials that will prepare you for testing on the day of the app’s launch.

What does testing look like?

• Type of testing: Functional, Stream Testing, Payments Testing
• Type of work: short-term, freelance
• Workload: The test run during the app’s launch will take 4 – 6 hours
• The pay rate for this is $12 USD / h, and you can also receive the following bonus payments:
