At the moment, we are looking for software testers based in Cook Islands to participate in testing the launch of a streaming app in your country. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the smooth launch of a globally recognised product, ensuring a seamless user experience for all users,

For this workspace, we will be focused on payments, streaming, and functional testing on a variety of devices. If any costs are incurred during testing, we will fully reimburse you, alongside your hourly pay rate.

Requirements

• Age: You have to be at least 18 years old.
• Location: Must be physically located in Cook Islands.
• Availability: The launch date of the app in Cook Islands has not been determined yet. We're looking at potentially 2-3 hours of testing for the pre-launch in May, and 5 hours of testing during the launch sometimes in June 2026, with additional testing dates afterwards.
• Devices: Primarily, you will need a mobile device (iPhone or Android phone. Tablets work too) or a Laptop/PC to participate in the project. However, we'd love to also test the app on these following devices. let us know if you have any: Android TV, Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, Smart TVs (Samsung / LG / Vidaa / etc.), PlayStation (4 / 5), Xbox (One / Series S / X).
• Experience: Software testing experience is a plus, but if you are new to testing, we offer free courses to help you learn and grow. We offer a preparatory course that will help you learn more about testing on our website.
  
  

What does testing look like?

• Type of testing: streaming testing.
• Type of work: short-term, freelance.
• Workload: May pre-launch testing (2-3 hours), June launch testing (to be determined), additional testing afterwords, as needed.
• Pay rate: The pay rate for this is 18 USD/hr.
• Payment: You are paid weekly via PayPal or Payoneer.

• Real money payment flow validation
• Functional & UI testing across key platforms
• Playback & content access behavior

All of the tasks will be provided for you. The test instructions and documentation will be accessible to you on the Testlio Platform. That is why, as a freelancer, you will be required to create an account on our platform. From there, you will be able to gain access to the project, stay up to date with the Testing Team, and receive your hourly pay rate payments..
