Position Overview: We are looking for a fine jewelry assistant to help during the high season who has a basic understanding of fine jewelry and is eager to learn and grow in the role. No two days look exactly the same here so this position will allow you to gain experience in many different facets of the industry. You will get a behind the scenes view of what goes into crafting custom engagement rings, wedding bands and bespoke one-of-a-kind jewelry! This includes assisting the team in all stages of the production process, including sourcing, intake and return, quality control, and distribution of all products. We value someone who is excited and ready to dive into the role and make the most of it. 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the jewelry industry is preferred
• Self starter that is eager and excited to learn
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in various computer programs
• Works well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Must be able to come into our NYC Showroom

Responsibilities

• Assist team in all stages of of the production process from start to finish
• Manage intake and timelines of jewelry for repair and resizes 
• Provide timely customer support across various different platforms
• Organize and keep track of inventory  
• Various other daily jewelry operations
