The Clear Cut is hiring a Fine Jewelry Production Associate to help scale our fine jewelry and bridal business!

The Clear Cut (Techstars '18) is a direct to consumer natural diamond jewelry company empowering a new generation of consumers. We work directly with our clients to curate a personalized selection of the highest quality natural diamonds at the fairest prices and create one of a kind pieces.

The Clear Cut has rapidly become a leader in the diamond industry. We have been featured in Vogue, Forbes, Bloomberg, Business Insider, Fast Company, TechCrunch, The New York Times and many others!

You should have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines while ensuring our strict quality controls.

Who You Are

· 1-3 years experience in diamond / fine jewelry roles

· Sales experience Preferred

· GIA Education is required (GIA GG / GIA Diamonds Graduate / GIA AJP)

· Highly organized and detail oriented

· Willing to learn new skills and dive into projects that you may not have experience with

· You should be eager to lend a hand (sometimes literally) to any member of the team.

· Passion for fine jewelry

· Thrive in a startup environment

Responsibilities

· Manage day to day production needs

· Oversee the fulfillment of new fine jewelry orders

· Manage timelines on collection orders and bridal orders

· Streamline communication between TCC gemology team and manufacturing partners and external vendors

· Lead internal quality control for both collection and bridal to ensure they meet our precise quality control standards

· Manage product inventory

· Work closely with customer care/operations team on coordinating repairs/resizes

· Collaborate with clients on custom design projects
