Location: New York, Los Angeles, or Remote

Role type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Research market trends to identify potential investment opportunities

• Develop deep domain expertise across sports business models and within the women’s sports market

• Conduct diligence on potential investments including evaluating market dynamics, team, and financial opportunity

• Build investment analysis materials including financial projection models and returns calculations

• Create presentation materials including investment memos, stakeholder education materials, and investor updates

• Collaborate with portfolio companies to help with hiring, strategic projects, capital raising, and other initiatives

• Assist in building out fund initiatives to support our portfolio companies and the women’s sports ecosystem

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD preferred

• 5-7+ years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, sports, investing, or FP&A

• Prior experience in a sports team, league, or other sports operating role

• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to thrive as an independent thinker and in a collaborative, team setting

• Passion for women’s sports and advancing gender and racial equity in sports
