Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment for all employees. Your expertise will help foster a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement across our organization.
Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
· Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across all work sites.
· Investigate accidents, incidents, and safety violations, and recommend corrective actions.
· Coordinate safety training sessions and ensure all employees are informed of safety protocols.
· Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation for compliance purposes.
· Collaborate with management and employees to promote safety awareness and best practices.
· Stay updated on industry safety standards and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
· Any other duties that the Company in its sole discretion may assign as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in safety management, occupational health, or related field.
· Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to conduct safety training and presentations effectively.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or equivalent are preferred.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Performs routine and preventative maintenance on all equipment as directed

Education and Experience:
· High School diploma / GED, required
· Completed Associates / Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
· Prefer 1+ years of experience in this position or related field
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
· This position requires, but is not limited to, standing, walking, utilizing stairs or ladders, climbing, squatting, stooping, twisting, bending, grabbing and grasping.
· Must be able to work in a non-controlled environment
