At Ⓜ️ Monetizr we are seeking a Chief of Staff to join our team at Monetizr. In this role, you will serve as the right-hand to our Sales Founder, providing critical support and enabling the growth and success of our sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the Sales Founder's time is optimized and their workload is effectively managed.💥 This is a Full-time role that is Based in Riga, Latvia. 📧 Apply for the role by sending an email to andris@themonetizr.com.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the Sales Founder, managing their schedule, communications, and workflow.
Coordinate and prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports and presentations for the Sales Founder's meetings and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and facilitate effective communication.
Assist in the preparation and execution of sales strategies, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
Support the Sales Founder in client relationship management, including maintaining customer records, tracking key accounts, and coordinating meetings and events.
Act as a liaison between the Sales Founder and internal stakeholders, facilitating information flow and alignment across the organization.
Handle ad hoc requests and special projects as assigned by the Sales Founder.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and find effective solutions independently.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to support decision-making.
Proficient in operational tools and software, including project management platforms, CRM systems, and productivity tools.
Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or executive support role, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
Passion for the gaming industry and a strong interest in the intersection of technology, advertising, and entrepreneurship.
Based in Riga, Latvia.

Compensation

Salary range: 1500 - 2500 EUR net

Monetizr is an advertising and experience platform for brands in mobile gaming.

Players can earn brand products or unlock in-game boosters just by playing their favorite games. We use an innovative format called Branded Missions enabling brand advertisers to target, reach, and engage with consumers across a network of mobile games.
We work with top mobile game publishers like Voodoo, Zeptolab, Kwalle, Pixelberry Studios, a.o. with access to over 300 million users. We are building a plugin that will enable brand advertisers to launch native in-game advertising campaigns.
