Full-time or Part-time. Working remotely. We’re looking for a Account Based Marketing Manager - to take ownership of product marketing and sales automation with a goal to drive new leads. We have an audience inventory of 300+ million gamers, and brand advertisers like Procter & Gamble must discover advertising opportunities in gaming! About Monetizr

Monetizr is an advertising and experience platform for brands in mobile gaming.

Players can earn brand products or unlock in-game boosters by playing their favourite games. We use an innovative format called Branded Missions, enabling brand advertisers to target, reach, and engage with consumers across a network of mobile games.
We work with top mobile game publishers like Voodoo, Zeptolab, Kwalle, Pixelberry Studios, with access to over 300 million users. We are building a plugin enabling brand advertisers to launch native in-game advertising campaigns.

Job Description

Mission: Own the game in product marketing and sales automation. Your endgame? Drive high-quality leads that convert.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives through case studies, content marketing, and customer testimonials.
Product Positioning: Elevate our product in the market by highlighting its unique benefits.
Messaging Consistency: Ensure our voice is uniform across all channels, and pivot when needed.
Community & Stakeholder Communication: Keep everyone in the loop—customers, investors, and the gaming community—about our product roadmap.
Content & Outreach
Content Arsenal: Develop killer content that sets us apart—think ad-tech benchmarks, product comparisons, and interviews.
Distribution: Get our content in front of the right eyes—brand advertisers, game publishers, and investors—through newsletters and direct channels.
Social Media & Community: Leverage Monetizr’s LinkedIn and Slack groups to distribute content and engage with our audience.
Objection Handling: Turn customer objections and feature requests into persuasive content.
Lead Gen & Nurturing
Strategy: Build and execute a foolproof content marketing and lead gen strategy aimed at increasing signups and product demos.
Sales Support: Arm the sales team with content that sells.
Community Building: Cultivate a loyal following and establish Monetizr as a thought leader in the space.

Qualifications

Must-Haves
Storyteller: Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Creative Genius: Ability to produce engaging content.
Industry Savvy: Know the lingo—ad-tech and gaming-tech.
Experience
Industry Insider: Background in gaming, advertising, or digital marketing.
B2B Relationships: Proven experience working with brand advertisers and agencies.
Social Media Maven: Strong B2B social media skills.
Personality Traits
Brand Intuition: Innate understanding of what's "on-brand" and what's not.
Quick Learner: Adapt and conquer.
Leadership Material: Potential to grow into a marketing leader.

Compensation

Ownership: Early employee equity package.
Salary: $80k base + success bonuses up to $50k
