About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to take ownership of our growing product and lead the dev team. This is a long-term leadership role where you'll help shape the architecture, manage delivery, and build alongside a lean but driven founding team.

Beyond that, you'll play a key role in scaling the product, improving infrastructure, and recruiting the right devs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team and oversee all technical aspects of the product
• Manage sprint execution, timelines, and task prioritization
• Collaborate with CEO and advisory CTO on architecture, token design, and dev roadmap
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Work across backend (Nest.js), frontend (Next.js/React), and Web3 components
• Help grow the team by assisting in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring engineers

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience (Node.js/Nest.js, React/Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Django)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, scalable architecture, and testing practices
• Experience leading or managing a small team or project from start to launch
• Comfortable working with smart contract integrations, Web3 wallets, or token logic
• Strong communication, leadership, and async collaboration skills
• Bonus: Previous experience in crypto, DeFi, or token launches
