- Help and guidance on all legal matters and issues that may arise from time to time.
- Provide a weekly update on the ongoing activities and updates about the legal department.
- Manage and lead all the activities and initiatives taken up by the company and provide support expected from the legal departments.
- Should possess ability to represent the company before the regulatory authorities such as the RBI.
- Research several matters and prepare a report to aid the Company in making informed decisions.
- Independently draft and vet all kinds of agreements. Negotiate the agreements with the counterparties to ensure their closure, keeping the best interest of the Company in regard.
- To ensure compliance under various laws applicable to the company and its group companies.
- Maintain proper documentation in the corporate office.
- Identifying and managing legal risk.
- Monitoring all legal matters to ensure timely action and to mitigate any risks that the Company may be exposed to
- Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities as and when required.
- Addressing all the queries and concerns raised by the statutory auditors or other external stakeholders of the Company.
