Sincere is looking for a Business Analyst to join our 4-person Finance & Operations team. The ideal candidate loves numbers, is an Excel master, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper for key business metrics, site and performance data, and licensing reports. You are curious, highly organized and detail-oriented.

You will:

• Monitor key metrics and provide weekly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams to drive revenue and profitability through participation in special projects and ad hoc analyses
• Lead marketing analysis initiatives and develop relevant reporting
• Prepare month, quarter, and year-end close deliverables in a timely manner
• Assist in the financial forecasting and projections process
• Act as the central point-person for internal reporting around key business metrics and financials
• Manage monthly and quarterly royalty reports and forecasts for licensing partners

You have:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills (you live and breathe spreadsheets)
• Self-driven, independent, detail- and deadline-oriented
• Knowledge of Google Analytics/MixPanel preferred, but not required
• Adaptable and love working in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm and passion with readiness to join a small company
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related subject
