As Senior Manager, PR & SEO at Sincere, you will report directly to the CMO and lead our earned media and organic growth initiatives. In this blended role, you will develop and execute integrated PR and SEO strategies that elevate awareness and discovery for our entire family of consumer internet brands – Punchbowl, Lovebird, Timehop, and Memento.

This is an individual contributor position where you will manage the public relations function for the Company and coordinate all aspects of search engine optimization. You will work directly with the executive team and external agency partners to define a strategy and drive meaningful results. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in media relations and organic search on a national scale in both agency and in-house roles, particularly within the tech and lifestyle sectors.

In this role, you will drive brand awareness & discovery:

PR

• Lead the direction & execution of our earned media strategy
• Secure press coverage, increase our share of voice, and drive market awareness
• Cultivate strong relationships with key journalists, bloggers, and influencers in the industry
• Track media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Recommend strategic partnership & content opportunities
  

SEO

• Own all organic search engine optimization
• Manage & set deliverables for our SEO agencies and external resources
• Monitor, analyze, and report on organic traffic metrics and opportunities
• Champion & coordinate on-page optimization and content expansions
• Communicate & track the status of all technical SEO updates

You have:

• 8+ years of experience in public relations and SEO, preferably for a digital consumer brand
• A proven track record of securing top-tier national press coverage
• Expertise in search engine optimization best-practices & execution
• Exceptional writing skills with a talent for crafting clear, persuasive, and compelling narratives
• An analytical brain that can identify clear opportunities in a large set of data
• A big-picture vision paired with outstanding day-to-day tactical execution
• Enthusiasm and passion, with readiness to join a small, fast-paced company
• Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional initiatives
• Extreme attention to detail & impeccable organizational skills
• Less than a 45 minute commute to Framingham, MA and are excited to join us in the office 1 day per week
