The LATAM Process and Sales Support Specialist ensures the smooth execution of sales activities, provides essential support to the sales team, produces insightful sales reports, and handles various administrative tasks to facilitate the efficient functioning of the LATAM Sales Manager and the broader sales operation in the Latin American region.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate and execute sales activities between the Sales Manager and the team, ensuring alignment with objectives in the Latin American market. Handle customer inquiries, implement the manager's directions, swiftly resolve issues, and leave a positive impression of our brand, strengthening client relationships. This allows the manager to focus on other pressing matters, dedicating more time to the team and region.
- Assist with organizational tasks by scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. This enables the Sales Manager to concentrate on coaching the team and addressing strategic initiatives without being burdened by logistical and administrative tasks.
- Prepare administrative and activity reports regarding the team's sales activities. Organizing these reports helps monitor progress and identify improvement areas, keeping the team informed with updates.
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as communicating with Basal Capital to follow up on contracts and other tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Manage everything from document management to correspondence and contract revisions, preventing tasks from slipping off the manager’s radar.
- Support the LATAM Sales Manager in coordinating and executing sales activities across the Latin American region. Demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong communication skills.
- Sales Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Assist in resolving sales or delivery issues. Support the sales team in meeting sales objectives and goals.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the LATAM Sales Manager. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies. Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Administrative Duties: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the LATAM Sales Manager. Provide general administrative support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying. Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.
