Tive is hiring a Senior Manager of Fulfillment to lead global operations across Tive-operated warehouses and third-party logistics (3PL) partners. This role is responsible for building scalable processes, driving operational excellence, and improving cost-efficiency across our fulfillment network.
In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day execution across all fulfillment operations within Tive’s supply chain. Core areas of responsibility include warehouse and 3PL performance, order planning, outbound shipping, cost optimization, and compliance with Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations. You’ll lead efforts to standardize processes, scale infrastructure, and drive continuous improvement across all fulfillment sites.
This is a cross-functional leadership role focused on scaling fulfillment capabilities. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to improve visibility, streamline operations, and support key system integrations. Responsibilities include 3PL RFPs and selection, contract negotiation, onboarding, integration, and performance management through KPIs and QBRs. You’ll also supervise outbound fulfillment and value-added services such as refurbishment.
Our ideal candidate has
- 10+ years of fulfillment leadership across warehouses and 3PLs
- Deep experience managing warehouse operations and outbound execution
- Proven success owning 3PL strategy, contracts, and performance
- Experience leading refurbishment and returns operations
- Strong parcel carrier strategy and cost optimization background
- Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Familiar with shipping automation tools (e.g., ShipEngine)
- Dangerous Goods (DG) certification or shipping experience
- Comfortable with international fulfillment and customs processes
- Skilled at scaling teams, SOPs, and infrastructure globally
- Strong communicator who leads cross-functional projects
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused
- APICS or ISM certification preferred (CSCP, CPIM, CPSM)
- MBA preferred but not required
What you’ll be doing
- Lead day-to-day fulfillment across Tive-operated warehouses and 3PL partners
- Own 3PL strategy, including RFPs, onboarding, integration, performance, and cost
- Define and enforce KPIs and SLAs across 3PLs and internal fulfillment teams
- Run 3PL QBRs and lead initiatives to improve service, speed, and cost-efficiency
- Oversee outbound shipping and parcel carrier relationships
- Supervise order planning to ensure accurate warehouse selection and execution
- Manage value-added services such as refurbishment and returns processing
- Identify and implement cost savings in warehousing and fulfillment
- Monitor inventory accuracy and fulfillment SLAs across all locations
- Ensure DG compliance through training, documentation, and audits
- Standardize and enhance global fulfillment SOPs
- Collaborate with Planning to ensure fulfillment readiness
- Support ERP, WMS, and shipping tool integrations
- Drive continuous improvement across all fulfillment operations
