Role Overview:

The Senior Operations Manager will ensure seamless call center operations (pre-sales to support), order fulfillment process (first-mile to last-mile), outstanding partner/customer experiences, and continuous process improvements. This role serves as the operational backbone, managing cross-functional teams and driving execution of strategic initiatives in a fast-paced and tech-driven environment.

Location: Durgapur

Key Responsibilities:

●Oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations

● Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

● Reviewing & Negotiating contracts with key partners to ensure cost efficiency in supply chain.

● Creating advance reports to discuss key action areas and roadmap with the team, senior management & the board.

● Manage 3PLs and vendors for high standards for order accuracy, timeliness, and cost controls.

● Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all aspects of operations.

● Ensure seamless call center operations covering inbound operations & outbound sales and order-confirmation processes.

Key Skills and Experience:

● 5+ year experience in e-commerce Operations

● Deep understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and ecommerce fulfillment.

● Proficiency in data analytics, forecasting, and familiarity with ERP, WMS, and ecommerce platforms.

● Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

● Track record of driving automation, process improvement, and technology adoption within operations.

● Experience working with 3PLs, vendors, and managing operational budgets.
