Toolsvilla is looking for a Sr. Accounts Executive who can play a vital role in managing the financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the team with various financial activities. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of an Accounts Executive typically include:
- Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
- Regularly reconciling bank statements to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and closing procedures.
- Preparing and submitting tax returns and other statutory filings, and staying updated on relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Preparing various financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Interacting with vendors, clients, and internal departments to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, and other export-related documents, and coordinating with clients for necessary information.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically essential.
- Proven work experience in an accounting or finance role is often required, with the specific number of years varying depending on the seniority of the position.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial records and preparing reports.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
