Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Strategic Hiring: Design end-to-end recruitment frameworks to attract top-tier tech and operations talent. You will partner with founders to map workforce planning against business roadmaps.
- Onboarding & Culture Building: Create structured onboarding plans to integrate new hires quickly. You will intentionally shape a culture of "one team, one goal" to maintain high engagement.
- Compensation & Total Rewards: Design competitive salary structures and ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) philosophies to attract and retain talent in a lean environment.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure legal compliance with labor laws (e.g., POSH in India).
- Startup Scaling: Evolve HR processes as the team grows.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 6 & Above years of HR experience, ideally within a tech startup or e-commerce ecosystem.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, ATS platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, exceptional conflict-resolution abilities, and the ability to operate with "speed, structure, and data-driven decision making".
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
