We are currently growing and looking to hire experienced E-commerce Category Team Lead to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and execute high-growth e-commerce category strategies to exceed GMV, revenue, and margin targets.

· Mentor and manage a team of Category Managers and Specialists to drive peak performance.

· Analysing Own category health metrics, leveraging data to optimize conversion rates, average order value, and user retention.

· Direct joint business planning with strategic brands and suppliers to secure exclusive launches and optimal cost structures. Oversee digital storefront optimization, search visibility, and catalogue quality to maximize add-to-cart rates.

· Partner with logistics and forecasting teams to maintain optimal stock availability and fulfilment speeds.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
