Interested in closing sales and providing customer service for a fast-paced start-up redefining how Africans teach and learn? At TopSet, we foster cultural identity and engagement among the African diaspora through language learning and drive academic improvement for TopSet kids with our online tutors and learning app.
Successfully closing sales leads, converting lesson requests to paid bookings
Responding to parent/student requests and liaising with tutors
Managing lesson scheduling and tutor onboarding
Supporting sales efforts, including school visits and coordinating schedules
Designing surveys and conducting customer interviews.
Due to the nature of our business, successful applicants will be expected to work Monday - Friday and Sunday
Sales experience or Customer experience (Required)
Exposure to international customers (Required)
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems, e.g. Zoho / HubSpot (Preferred)
Prior Work in the Education Industry or a Start-Up (Preferred)
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
Strong attention to detail
Experience with international customers
Ability to take the initiative and work independently
Excellent time management skills
Proficiency In Microsoft Office and Google suites
Strong prioritisation and organisation skills and a sharp ability to multitask
Applicants must have a functioning laptop
Fluency in Igbo, Yoruba or Twi is an added advantage.
