Torod is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our fast-growing Enterprise Sales team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and driving significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
1) Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Research and understand target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
2) Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM systems.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
3) Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and product offerings.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
4) Team Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate effectively with sales teams, marketing, and customer service departments.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Logistics industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota attainment.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and the ability to navigate complex buying processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into strategic solutions.
- Proficient in preparing sales quotations and presentations.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
Bonus Points:
- Experience selling Shipping Solutions or similar solutions.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
