1- Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft and execute targeted lead generation strategies.
2- Conduct outreach campaigns via platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and email marketing to identify and schedule meetings with prospects.
3- Utilize research and networking skills to build relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
4- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline.
5- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to make data-driven decisions and enhance outreach effectiveness.
6- Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for lead generation and business growth.

Minimum 5+ years of lead generation or business development experience, specifically in the software development industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively and build rapport with prospects.
