Job Title: Account Executive – SaaS (Inbound & Outbound Sales)

📍 Location: Gulberg, Lahore (Onsite - US Shift)

💰 Base Salary: 160k-180k PKR per month

💸 Earning Potential: Up to 25% commission in dollars for sales

Job Summary:

Torque360 is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive both inbound and outbound sales efforts in the SaaS space. This role requires a motivated individual who can engage potential clients, build relationships, and close deals efficiently. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:

Outbound Sales:

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers, schedule product demos, and follow up strategically.
  • Develop customized sales approaches to address client pain points and needs.

Inbound Sales:

  • Respond to inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
  • Quickly qualify inbound prospects, identify sales opportunities, and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct high-impact product presentations to showcase the value of Torque360’s SaaS solutions.

📌 Closing Deals: Manage the entire sales process—discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure—ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Customer Relationships & Retention:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams to onboard clients and support long-term retention.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to leadership.

Market & Product Expertise:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to refine sales strategies.
  • Work with Product and Marketing teams to align customer needs with product offerings.
  • Deliver client feedback to help improve product development and customer experience.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with Marketing to nurture leads through campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Account Management & Support teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Proven experience as an Account Executive (Inbound & Outbound) in a SaaS sales environment.

✅ Strong understanding of customer acquisition, outbound prospecting, and inbound lead conversion.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.

✅ Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

⭐ Experience in both outbound & inbound sales, cold outreach, and demo delivery.

⭐ Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and Close.io

⭐ Knowledge of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, and LTV.
