Key Responsibilities
Translate product vision and business requirements into clear technical specifications and development tasks.
Work closely with engineering teams to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions using MERN stack, .NET, and AWS.
Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and the US, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions to ensure optimal system design and performance.
Review technical implementations, ensure quality standards, and guide teams through complex development challenges.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers to maintain delivery timelines.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize product roadmap items and feature releases.
Ensure documentation of product requirements, workflows, and system architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in software development and product management roles.
Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and .NET technologies.
Experience designing and deploying applications on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, or similar services).
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
Experience managing and coordinating distributed engineering teams across India and the US.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and development tasks.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable with flexible working hours to support collaboration across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in SaaS or healthcare technology platforms.Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-native applications.Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
