We’re looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to help us scale the impact of our demand generation and customer marketing efforts. This role will be instrumental in auditing, optimizing, and evolving our current marketing operations and technology stack to drive measurable business outcomes.
You’ll partner closely with marketing leadership to bring structure, visibility, and performance improvements across campaigns, systems, and reporting—while also helping the team adopt smarter, more scalable ways of working (including AI-powered workflows).
What You’ll Do
Marketing Operations & Systems Optimization
- Audit our current marketing operations, workflows, and tech stack to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for scale
- Own and optimize HubSpot as our core marketing automation platform
- Evaluate and improve integrations across tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, Chili Piper, Gainsight, and Pendo
- Design and implement scalable processes that improve campaign execution, lead management, and lifecycle tracking
- Partner with demand generation and customer marketing teams to execute and optimize campaigns end-to-end
- Build frameworks for campaign planning, tracking, and performance measurement
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve campaign performance through data-driven insights
- Establish clear, consistent reporting structures for marketing performance and pipeline impact
- Own the development of dashboards and reporting across marketing and revenue systems
- Partner with the VP of Marketing to deliver monthly campaign, pipeline, and performance reports
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making
- Translate marketing strategy into operational plans and systems that drive execution
- Act as a strategic partner to marketing leadership—bringing recommendations, not just execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the funnel
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI across marketing workflows (campaigns, segmentation, reporting, etc.)
- Work with the team to test, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions
- Bring a mindset of continuous improvement and experimentation
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in marketing operations, growth operations, or a similar role
- Deep expertise in HubSpot (required)
- Experience working across a broader marketing and revenue tech stack, including tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, Chili Piper, Gainsight, and/or Pendo
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action
- Proven experience building reporting frameworks and improving marketing visibility into pipeline and performance
- Hands-on experience with campaign execution, optimization, and lifecycle management
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically—zooming out to solve big problems and diving in to execute
- Self-starter who proactively identifies problems and brings forward solutions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structure where it doesn’t exist
- Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders and align teams
- Curious and adaptable, with an appetite to learn and evolve—especially in leveraging AI and new technologies
