Job Description

As a fullstack developer, you will be working on monetisation aspects of TradingView – from website features to finding ways to improve existing flows, to integrating partners’ solutions. The fullstack team is a backbone of our hugely successful product, beloved by traders all over the world. Developers on this small team have an outsized impact on the whole company’s future in the booming financial sector.

Our tech stack: Python and Django on backend, TypeScript and React on frontend

You’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and developing backend and frontend systems of TradingView
• Closely interacting with frontend developers to deliver a great user experience for customers
• Working with marketing department to design and implement new monetisation features
• Working with our partners to integrate various payment solutions
• Working with data and reporting teams on business analytics automation tasks
• Reviewing teammates’ code
• Documenting the API
• Writing unit tests
• Monitoring and analysing key product metrics, finding ways to improve key performance indicators

Qualifications

• A deep knowledge of modern Python or a similar object oriented language
• Experience building user-centric, performant front ends using JavaScript, TypeScript or similar
• Intellectual curiosity, great problem-solving skills and passion for continuous improvement
• Experience working in trading, FinTech, crypto or finance

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Understanding of inner workings of payment and reporting systems and referral programs
• Experience with Django or similar web backend framework
• OpenAPI
• Pydantic
• TypeScript or React
• Metabase, Snowplow Analytics
• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView
