About the team
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven ASO (App Store Optimization) Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. Our applications are available worldwide, with MAU 10M+ and more than 1M+ installations per month.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting and analyzing A/B tests in Google Play Console and App Store Connect
• Develop and execute ASO strategies to increase organic downloads and improve app store rankings on both iOS and Android platforms
• Collecting semantic core, composing, and optimizing metadata for app pages in the App Store and Google Play across all available localizations
• Collaborating with the design team and providing tasks for creating screenshots, icons, videos and In-app Events
• Analyzing results and creating reports
• Monitoring and improving the app rating
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, product and development teams
• Stay up-to-date with app store algorithm changes and best practices to maintain and improve app visibility and performance
• Communicate with app store representatives and internal support teams to resolve issues, address updates, and stay informed about store-specific requirements or changes
• Research the rules for placing apps in alternative stores

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in ASO for mobile apps, with experience in optimizing for both iOS and Android stores, 2+ years of relevant experience
• Deep understanding of App Store and Google Play algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization techniques
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements
• Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging app store assets that drive conversions and attract users
• Experience working with ASO tools (ASO Mobile, Appfigures, or others)
• Knowledge of key metrics and the ability to analyze data from Google Play Console and App Store Connect
• Experience with graphical ASO
• High level of independence
• Collaborative Nature: You enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Experience with Apple Search Ads / Google Ads
• Work with alternative app stores (Galaxy store, AppGallery, etc.)
• Optimization for global markets (USA, EU, Asia, South America, Middle East, etc.)
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading is a plus
• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁 We also love users who become teammates!
