We are now looking for a team leader for the monitoring team - someone who will help us take the observability and resilience of our systems to the next level. We have a distributed, highly loaded infrastructure, millions of users around the world, and we believe that monitoring is a critical tool for the entire engineering team.

Professional Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in IT, including 1–2 years in a team lead or technical leadership role.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix).
• Experience in configuring and monitoring distributed systems.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of DevOps and SRE principles.
• Skills in writing and reviewing infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Helm).

Leadership Qualities

• Proven experience managing a small technical team: task distribution, progress tracking, team development.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and structure internal team workflows.
• Mentoring skills and experience conducting technical interviews.

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Experience with cloud providers (especially AWS).
• Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery principles.
• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁 We also love users who become teammates!

This is a hybrid role based in our Tbilisi office.
