About your mission! - Make an impact 🚀

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong background in frontend development to join our team. You will begin with an onboarding period focused on hands-on development work (approximately the first 3 months), allowing you to gain a deep understanding of our infrastructure, services, and components. This immersive approach will help ensure a smooth transition into your leadership role. After onboarding, you will take full responsibility for leading our existing Fullstack team, driving technical excellence, team performance, and delivery outcomes. Our team owners of the functionality for saved screens, screener configurations, and the development and integration of back-end for front-end (BFF) APIs.

Our tech stack includes: TypeScript, React, and Python

Nice to have: Django, Golang, Kubernetes

How You’ll Drive Success 🏆

• Team management and planning
• Actively participate in recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding new team members
• Overseeing the design and development of backend and frontend components with a focus on architectural integrity and team collaboration
• Conduct code-reviews
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing mentoring and development support for team members
• Collaboration with other development teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of features
• Collaborate with the product manager to align technical development with product goals and timelines
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth deployments and efficient CI/CD pipelines

• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with various departments
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Results-driven with great attention to detail
• 7+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and React
• Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing performance
• Familiarity with CI/CD
• Experience with databases
• Experience in API design and microservices architecture
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Knowledge of English at a level of at least B2

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁 We also love users who become teammates!
