Your mission: Make an impact 🎯

At TradingView, Alerts are one of our most critical and widely used features — real-time notifications that help traders around the world make timely, informed decisions. Because these alerts directly impact users’ financial outcomes, we focus heavily on performance, reliability, and scalability to keep the system running seamlessly.

We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead to guide our backend team: someone who loves solving complex technical challenges, enjoys helping engineers grow, and wants to build systems that really matter to users around the world.

How you’ll drive success 🏆

• Solve technical challenges in performance, data integrity, and scalability
• Shape architecture, drive key development, and back your technical decisions
• Mentor team members: conduct regular 1:1s, support professional growth and foster a collaborative engineering culture
• Participate in and enhance the code review process, maintaining high standards of code quality and development practices

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

• Experience building and maintaining high-load, high-availability services
• 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices (e.g., Jenkins) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with PostgreSQL (or other relational databases)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• English B2 or higher

It’ll also be an advantage if:

• You have experience or knowledge of finance and trading.

This is a hybrid role based in our Málaga office, located in the heart of the city at the prestigious Muelle Uno port.
