About the team

Our Tbilisi office is growing, so we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team and help us create a comfortable and organized workspace. If you enjoy maintaining order, planning, and organizing events, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Office operations: support day-to-day office life and maintenance.

• Employee support: handle onboarding and assist team members with office-related queries.

• Procurement: manage office purchases and supplies.

• Vendor management: coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

• Events: organize corporate events and team activities.

• Benefits: work on improving company benefits and perks.

• Projects: participate in various internal projects.

What makes you the perfect fit

• Experience: background in office management or a related operational field.

• Efficiency: ability to handle diverse tasks quickly and take reasonable initiative.

• Tech-savvy: proficient PC user.

• Languages: Fluent Russian and conversational Georgian.

Will be a plus

• English level: B1.

• Experience opening new offices from scratch.

• Strong background in event management.
