About the team
Hi, I'm Nastya, Team Lead of the Customer Support team.
We’re the front line of technical support for our users - a dynamic team that works closely with product, engineering, and compliance to ensure our customers get seamless, secure service around the clock. Our department is essential to maintaining trust and stability in a fast-paced environment where digital finance meets real-world impact. Currently, I’m looking for someone who thrives in a tech-driven setting, has a solid understanding of financial platforms, and enjoys solving problems for customers. You should be comfortable navigating technical tools, translating complex issues into clear solutions, and staying calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
Provide technical and customer support
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues quickly
Collaborate with product and engineering teams
Document cases and assist users with new features
Development and optimization of user communication channels, as well as continuous maintenance and improvement of the knowledge base
What makes you the perfect fit
Basic knowledge of fintech and digital finance
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Advanced English (B2 level or higher)
