About the team

We are looking for a leader responsible for developing and maintaining development processes, designing system architecture, creating and managing architectural documentation, and collaborating with Frontend, DevOps, and Monitoring teams. The main focus is on improving architectural solutions, ensuring high-quality development processes, and fostering effective collaboration with other tech teams.

Responsibilities

Process Development and Management

• Define, implement, and oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes

• Create and enhance policies and guidelines for coding, reviewing, and testing practices

• Organize and manage automated testing (unit, integration, E2E)

• Collaborate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD processes

Architecture and Design

• Design high-load, fault-tolerant, and highly available systems

• Apply modern architectural approaches (microservices, event-driven)

• Ensure the scalability and performance of services

• Create, maintain, and update architectural documentation for both new and existing systems

• Conduct architectural reviews, technical audits, and implement best design practices

Collaboration with DevOps and Monitoring

• Work together to ensure infrastructure reliability and stability

• Integrate monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

• Develop disaster recovery (DR) and scaling strategies

• Provide visibility into performance and error metrics through monitoring systems

Coordination and Standardization

• Align development and architectural approaches across teams

• Participate in technical planning and management of long-term tech priorities

• Conduct regular technical reviews and architectural discussions

What makes you the perfect fit

• 10+ years of backend development experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role

• Proven experience in designing high-load, fault-tolerant systems

• Strong knowledge of microservice architecture principles and API interactions (REST, gRPC)

• Expertise in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and optimization

• Experience in developing and maintaining architectural documentation

• Solid understanding of automated testing principles and related tools

• Experience working with DevOps, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes

• Strong process management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Will be a plus

• Experience in finance or trading domain

• Familiarity with TradingView as a product
