About the team

Hi there! We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in Tbilisi — a specialist who will play a key role in building, scaling, and supporting a secure and reliable IT environment.

This is a hands-on technical position with a high degree of responsibility and impact on the infrastructure and internal processes of both the local team and the entire company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy internal IT services and systems.

• Lead infrastructure projects and ensure their technical success.

• Handle L2 escalations and support junior engineers.

• Maintain network stability and office-to-cloud connectivity.

• Automate workflows and repetitive tasks using Ansible and Jenkins.

• Secure all endpoints and core infrastructure.

• Partner with global IT, security, and engineering teams.

• Optimize internal tools, documentation, and processes.

What makes you the perfect fit

• Infrastructure & Networking: Proven expertise in networking (Mikrotik, VPN), IAM, and endpoint security, including MDM implementation (JumpCloud, InTune, or HexNode).

• Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins) and scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) to build scalable systems.

• Support & Operations: Strong background in IT support and ticketing (Jira), including hands-on AV equipment troubleshooting.

• Communication: Fluent English (verbal/written) with the ability to create clear technical documentation and collaborate with global teams.

Will be a plus

• Experience in finance or trading domain

• Familiarity with TradingView as a product
