About the team

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the accountancy aspects of our transaction services. You will bridge the gap between day-to-day transactional flows and core accounting functions, specifically driving complex bank-to-ledger reconciliations and collaborating closely with our Market Data teams to reconcile vendor costs against provided services. Responsibilities

• Reconciliations: Execute and own the end-to-end bank to NetSuite reconciliations across multiple international bank accounts and currencies.

• Market Data Cost Analysis: Collaborate with the Market Data team to accurately reconcile data feed and exchange costs against the actual services provided, identifying and resolving anomalies.

• Multi-Entity Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting adjustments, journals, and balancing for multiple global legal entities.

• Month-End Close Support: Assist the broader finance team during the month-end closing process, ensuring all AP/AR sub-ledgers align perfectly with the general ledger.

• FX & Multi-Currency Management: Monitor and account for multi-currency transactions, ensuring foreign exchange adjustments are correctly treated under relevant accounting standards.

• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the current reconciliation and transaction workflows and suggest automated or more efficient approaches within NetSuite.

What makes you the perfect fit

• Professional Qualification: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or recognized international equivalent).

• International & Multi-Currency Expertise: Proven experience working within an international business structure handling multiple entities and complex FX/multi-currency accounting.

• Advanced Reconciliation Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of handling high-volume data matching and complex cost-to-service reconciliations.

• Systems Literacy: Strong hands-on experience navigating ERP systems and productivity suites to extract, analyze, and present financial data.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently collaborate with cross-functional teams outside of core finance (e.g., Product, Tech, Market Data).

Will be a plus

• Prior experience working within the fintech, SaaS, or financial services industries.

• Advanced NetSuite user capabilities (e.g., custom saved searches, familiarity with automated bank feeds).

• Experience with automated AP/AR matching tools or integration workflows.
