About the team
Hi! We're Datafeeds | Integration team. Right now we're growing our team and looking for a Middle Data Integration Engineer who will take ownership of data quality end-to-end. If you care about data as a product and want to work where quality actually matters, we'd love to talk.
Responsibilities
Define data quality requirements and metrics aligned with business and engineering needs
Participate in the design of data schemas and data models
Onboard and integrate new data sources
Maintain and evolve data documentation
Monitor data quality in production - alerts, dashboards, and data SLA tracking
Investigate and resolve data incidents across the full data lifecycle
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and analysts to clarify requirements and drive quality improvements
Expand automated data quality coverage
What makes you the perfect fit
2+ years in data engineering, analytics, DataOps or a Data Quality role
Data profiling and analysis - identifying anomalies, drift, and duplicates
Clear understanding of data quality dimensions - completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
Experience with data pipelines (e.g. ETL/Streaming/batch)
Experience handling and managing data incidents end-to-end
Solid understanding of JSON and YAML formats
Experience working with APIs and backend services (integration troubleshooting, data feed ingestion)
Strong ability to read and analyze application logs
Comfortable with Linux command line
Experience using CI/CD tools (Jenkins or GitLab) as a practitioner
English proficiency B2+ (reading and written communication)
Will be a plus
Experience in finance or trading domain
Familiarity with TradingView as a product
Domain knowledge in investments - brokers, crypto exchanges, or financial markets
Experience with AI tools and workflows
Experience with Kafka or streaming data pipelines
Familiarity with data catalog and metadata management tools
Experience with data observability platforms
Python for automated data quality checks
