About the Role

We are looking for a Junior UI Designer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to designing user-friendly interfaces for enterprise financial platforms. If you have a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and a passion for UI, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while collaborating with experienced designers, product managers, and engineers.

We need a Product Designer with a strong focus on UI design to craft visually appealing, scalable, and user-friendly digital products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience, emphasizing design systems, pixel-perfect UI, and interaction design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces that align with brand and accessibility standards.
• Create and test interactive prototypes to refine user interactions.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation.
• Ensure responsiveness and scalability across different screen sizes.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Document UI patterns and best practices to enhance internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to draft solutions for prototypes.
• Occasionally support user testing sessions, gather feedback, and make data-driven UI improvements.
• Occasionally conduct research to analyze the competitive landscape, project inspiration, or feature set.
• Occasionally draft user research briefs, questionnaires, and surveys.
• Create artifacts to document users’ key pain points and tasks.
• Engage with users in prototype testing, document feedback, and share insights with the team.

What You Will Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in UI/Product Design (internship, freelance, or full-time).
• Strong knowledge of Figma (or Sketch, Adobe XD) and a basic understanding of design systems.
• A strong sense of visual design, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile UIs.
• Basic knowledge of front-end concepts (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn, accept feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Ability to balance creativity with usability and business requirements.
