👀 About you

We're looking for a passionate, experienced Customer Success Manager to help our brand partners launch successful resale programs and grow their business over time.

You would be our dream candidate if...

  • You have 3+ years of customer success, implementation, or account management experience. Preferred but not required: experience in the software industry with e-commerce, consumer, or apparel brands.
  • You're a great communicator. You truly enjoy connecting with people and building strategic customer relationships.

  • You're strategic, analytical, and data-obsessed. You’re always thinking about how systems can be built, improved, and scaled.

💻 About the Role

  • Your core role will be ownership of brand relationships (post-sale) and growth. You’ll oversee onboarding, go-to-market strategy, and long-term success for a high-touch book of business.
  • You’ll partner with Treet’s engineering team and a diverse array of brand stakeholders—from CEOs to marketing teams to accountants—to strategically build and launch each resale experience.
  • Post-launch, you’ll analyze resale data and share insights to demonstrate ROI and proactively identify opportunities for brand partners to grow their business through resale.
  • You’ll partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, partnerships, and engineering teams to drive critical product adoption and help inform our roadmap based on brand feature requests and feedback.
  • You’ll travel occasionally to host strategy meetings and QBRs with brand partners and executives.

  • Compensation range: $105,000 - $125,000 annually depending on experience.

Please note this is a hybrid role (required) with 3 days per week in our office located in downtown San Francisco, CA near Union Square. We also have an office in NYC.
