Trexo Robotics is enabling mobility by building powered wearable robots. Our first product is a robot for children with movement disorders such as Cerebral Palsy, and it allows kids to walk, in many cases, for the first time in their lives. About the Job

We are looking for a Business Automation intern who can create automations, tools, dashboards, and reports to drive insights across the company from customer engagement to reliability metrics.

This position is in-person at our office in Mississauga. The duration is from May to August 2025.

About You

You want to work in a small team, solving a big problem while helping an underserved community. You love how the combination of operations, sales, and customer interaction, when perfectly tuned, can build massive businesses. You are detail-oriented and love asking why many times till you understand something from first principles.

What you'll do

• Create scripts to automate workflows in Airtable.

• Create no code automations using tools like Zapier to integrating different business tools.

• Maintain workflows in Salesforce.

• Create, update and maintain various dashboards.

• Build KPIs to track customer satisfaction and team's performance.

• Build analytics to identify problems like reduced user retention rate and at-risk clients.

• Manage clinical studies and the stakeholders involved.

Required skills and experience

• Must be enrolled in co-op program.

• Experience with scripting languages like Javascript and Python.

• Strong experience with Excel and Word.

• Previous experience with databases and SQL queries.

• Previous experience working AWS, Azure.

• Strong experience with Google Suite.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of emotional intelligence.

Nice to have

• Experience working with tools like Airtable, Zapier, Tableau, or Quicksight.

• Experience working with CRMs like Salesforce.
