We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer (3–6 years experience) who sees automation through an AI-first lens. You’ll design frameworks, build environments from scratch, and integrate intelligent testing into CI/CD pipelines. This isn’t just about scripts, it’s about pioneering how AI transforms quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-augmented test automation frameworks to guarantee reliability at scale.
- Configure new testing environments from scratch with intelligence-first design.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with AI-driven validation.
- Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams on AI-first quality strategies.
- Stay ahead of new AI tools, frameworks, and testing innovations to refine workflows.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of automation experience in agile/startup environments.
- Strong coding skills (Python, Java, TypeScript) with AI readiness.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright (AI-integrated usage a plus).
- CI/CD expertise (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) with automation focus.
- SQL and backend validation experience.
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes; AI-driven DevOps exposure a plus.
- Bonus: AI-based testing tools, fintech or payroll systems experience.
