We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer with 3–6 years of experience who is AI-obsessed and execution-driven. You’ll design scalable solutions, experiment with AI-driven frameworks, and collaborate with a disciplined, loyal team. If you are not excited by how AI transforms engineering, product, and user value, you won’t fit here.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enhanced software components that scale with impact.
• Write clean, secure, and testable code using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to bring automation and intelligence into every workflow.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and AI-first solution brainstorming.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with automation and AI testing practices.
• Continuously explore AI frameworks, models, and integrations to push our platform forward.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in professional software development.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Java, or Python (Python strongly preferred for AI/ML integration).
• Experience with React/Angular (and open to experimenting with AI-driven UI frameworks).
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, and clean architecture.
• SQL/PostgreSQL and API design experience.
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Bonus: AI/ML exposure (LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
